The piling work of sintering project of Vietnam Ha Tinh Steel Plant Undertaken by Shanghai MCC5 was started at 14：45 PM of November 23（Vietnam local time）with the driving of the first pile.
FHS Steel Plant in Vietnam is a comprehensive steel plant invested by Taiwan Formosa Plastic Group. FHS Steel Plant will be constructed in two phases and four stages. The planned production capacity is 22,500,000t. It is the largest steel plant under construction in the world.
