During the two conferences (NPC & CPPCC), Mr. Cheng Bingqiang (Representative ofNPC, Board Chairman and Party Secretary of MCC5) had deep communication with the leaders from Sichuan, Jiangsu, Yunnan and Guangdong, etc. He also communicated with the principals from large enterprises.
