On March 26, 2016, the threading of Baosteel Zhanjiang 2030mm Cold Rolling 1＃ Hot Galvanizing line constructed by MCC5 was successfully done. It is the last line of 2030mm Cold Rolling to have successful threading after the successful threading of continuous annealing line and 1＃ Hot Galvanizing line. This line will enter the cold load test-run 4 months ahead of schedule.
1＃ and 2＃Hot Galvanizing lines are all production lines for auto sheets with the annual output of 469,700t. Both lines have adopted the vertical annealing furnaces, vertical loopers, cooling towers after galvanizing, etc. 1＃Hot Galvanizing line has double zinc pots to make pure zinc coating and Zn Fe alloy coating for high-grade sheets for automobiles and electric appliances.
The successful construction of Baosteel Zhanjiang 2030mm Cold Rolling Project will further expand our market in South China and international market. It will be a milestone to promote the great-leap-forward development of local economy in Zhanjiang.（Reported by: Chen Hua）
