——Apply advanced technologies and provide high-quality service for excellent construction of FAST supporting hotel and venue
The eye-catching 500 meter aperture spherical radio telescope (FAST) 500 was put into formal use. The supporting FAST Xingcheng Tianyuan Hotel, Tourists Service Center and Astronomy Experience Venue were also put into formal use. MCC5 has spent more than 11 months on the project construction and has created a new record of construction period among the similar projects.
FAST Tourists Service Center and Astronomy Experience Venue are modern venues with large span and multi curved surface GRG decorative roof ceiling. MCC5 has adopted the technologies of “site scanning, BIM modeling, digital processing, site assembly” to improve the construction efficiency, construction safety and erection efficiency. The erection quality of more than 10000 bars have reached the standard requirements.
