From November 22 to 23，China Metallurgical Group Corporation (MCC) held the technical achievements appraisal meeting in Chengdu to evaluate MCC5’s five technical achievements such as “Research and Application of Underground Comprehensive Pipe Galleries Excavation Technology under Urban Rich-Water Geological Conditions”.

After the experts of technical achievements appraisal committee listened to the reports of MCC5 and reviewed the documents submitted by MCC5, they thought that MCC5’s documents were complete and real, in compliance with MCC’s technical achievements evaluation requirements. They unanimously approved MCC5’s five technical achievements to pass the appraisal, among which, “Research and Application of Underground Comprehensive Pipe Galleries Excavation Technology under Urban Rich-Water Geological Conditions”, “Research and Application of Lifting Erection Technology for Indoor Structural Elements of Large Avenues”, and “Research and Application of Arial Slip Erection Critical Technology for Steel Structures of Conveying Trestle Bridge in Mountainous Area” have reached the international advanced level; “Research and Application of Bridge Foundation Construction Under Complicated Mud Rock Geological Conditions” and “Research and Application of Bamboo wall Construction Technology in the Residential Houses in West of Sichuan Province” have reached the domestic advanced level.
   MCC5’s self-developed technical achievements have broken the technology bottleneck in the construction of urban underground pipe galleries, large avenues, beautiful villages, characteristic towns, large bridges, etc. It has laid solid foundation for　MCC5’s transformation development.
