Mr. Cheng Bingqiang Accepted CCTV interview
On March 9, Mr. Cheng Bingqiang (Representative of National People\'s Congress, Board Chairman and Party Secretary of MCC5) accepted CCTV interview in the 2017 Two Sessions (NPC and CPPCC). When talking about the elimination of backward production capacity, Mr. Cheng Bingqiang proposed to eliminate the highly polluted backward excessive production capacity. He advised to eliminate the backward excessive production capacity basing on the energy resource, pollution and quality of products, not to eliminate the backward excessive production capacity pro rata.
