Mr. Cheng Bingqiang Accepted the Interviews
In the 2017 Two Sessions (NPC and CPPCC), Mr. Cheng Bingqiang (Representative of National People\'s Congress, Board Chairman and Party Secretary of MCC5) accepted the interviews by multi medias such as “Chengdu Daily”, “Sichan TV Station”, “Sichuan Economic Daily”, “Workers Daily” and CCTV.
“Chengdu Daily” interviewed Mr.Cheng Bingqiang with the topic of “Attaining the supportive projects in Tianfu New District”. He expressed that Tianfu New District has gained a good development foundation in the industry planning, traffic construction, improved education,high end talents gathering and creation of living environment since it was upgraded to the national level new development zone. He pointed out that the industry development in the district also faced the challenge to set up the necessary urban management mechanism to meet the needs of industry development.
“Sichan TV Station” reported about Sichuan Delegation’s group deliberation on the “Government Work Report”. Mr.Cheng Bingqiang advised to improve the state assets management method and upgrade the state assets management.
In the special report of Good Voice of Two Sessions of “Sichuan Economic Daily”, Mr.Cheng Bingqiang stressed on improving the basic level medical ability.
“Workers Daily” interviewed Mr.Cheng Bingqiang with the topic of “Industry transformation & upgrading lack of high-end technical workers”. He expressed that it needed to mobilize the whole society to improve the technical workers team instead of only depending on the government and enterprises.
“China Metallurgical News” interviewed Mr.Cheng Bingqiang with the topic of “Transforming the development mode to provide the clients with full industrial chain service”. He said: Under the background of excessive metallurgical production capacity, MCC5 will transform the production enterprise into the production service enterprise to provide the clients with full industrial chain service. At present time, MCC5 has gradually transformed from production enterprise into production service enterprise, capable for providing the clients with full chain value-added service: Project investment & financing, preliminary consultancy, feasibility study, proposal-making, surveying & design, project construction, equipment procurement, after-project evaluation, after-sale service, etc.
In the “Economic Information Network” Program of CCTV Financial Channel, Mr.Cheng Bingqiang explained about his opinion regarding the elimination of backward production capacity, Mr. Cheng Bingqiang proposed to eliminate the highly polluted backward excessive production capacity. He advised to eliminate the backward excessive production capacity basing on the energy resource, pollution and quality of products, not to eliminate the backward excessive production capacity pro rata.
