Xiamen ITG Financial Center Project
On March 29, Xiamen ITG Financial Center Project constructed by MCC5 was successfully completed and accepted. The north tower building hand-over indicates that the project development & operation have entered the new stage.
The flooring area is 24,300m2 and the total built-up area is 250,000m2. There are 4 floors underground and 30 floors aboveground. It consists of two office buildings (north tower building and south tower building) and one podium building. The two office buildings are international Class A office buildings. It is an iconic building in Xiamen.
This project was started on April 3, 2014. MCC5 has made best effort for all the construction activities of this project and has kept high quality in the general contracting management, green construction and technical renovation. The formal hand-over of north tower building has embodied MCC5’s construction quality and good schedule control, and has promoted the corporate transformation and upgrading to full-chain service.
