In the Signing Ceremony
On November 13, the strategic cooperation frame agreement signing ceremony was held in Chengdu. The agreement was made and signed between China MCC5 Group and Sichuan Airlines Group. Mr. Xu Jin (Director of SASAC and Secretary of Party committee of Sichuan Province) attended and witnessed the signing ceremony. The following leaders from both parties attended the signing ceremony: Mr. Li Haiying, Mr. Sui Mingguang, Mr. Lei Shuicai and so on from Sichuan Airlines Group； Mr. Cheng Binqiang, M. Zhu Yongfan, Mr. Cheng Xianyun and so on from China MCC5 Group.
According to the agreement, basing on the spirit of fairness, honesty and trustworthiness, mutual benefit and win-win principle, both parties have formed up a strategic partnership and committed to common development by integrating with mutual resources. Both parties will have deep cooperation for Infrastructure construction of aviation derivative services such as airport and regional comprehensive development, aviation base construction, aviation foodstuff, and aviation training; Infrastructure construction of universal aviation town, Medical rehabilitation base, etc. The cooperation will include preliminary research, consultation, feasibility study, proposal-making, survey and design, project construction, equipment procurement, project post-evaluation, etc. Both parties will strengthen the mutual cooperation of professional technicians and project management personnel. Meanwhile, both parties will also cooperate together for investment and financing.
